This reward jar is a great classroom management and behavior management technique for teachers of elementary age kids. Each large jar comes with two sets of acrylic pieces to fill the the jar with. Magnetic back for each hanging on a white board. Easy to write on with a dry erase marker to show what the next reward is when it is filled!
